In person groupx健身 classes, personal training, and small group training are currently prohibitedn. Check back in early August 2020 for ways you can particiapte in limited in person classes as well as virtual classes, trainings, and programs for Fall 2020.

Spring 2020 Schedule Classes start Monday 1/13/2020
Creating a community of support, fun, and challenge, the groupx健身 program offers 25 - 35 fitness classes per week. Formats have included Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp, Spinning, Barre Blaster, Kickboxing, Abs, Cardio Pilates, Cardio Dance and more. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend any class. Our nationally certified instructors ensure you have the best experience for YOUR GOALS!

Each semester we offer a free preview period so participants can come and experience GroupX before purchasing a semester ($30 per semester for students, $40 per semester for faculty/staff) or 1 Day ($3 per class) pass. The Spring 2020 FREE preview will run the first two weeks of school (Jan 13 - 24, 2020)
Infomraion on how students will be able to attend in person GroupX classes and how they can access Virtual live and pre-recorded classes will be available in August, 2020.
