The Casa opened in 2007. While it currently houses freshmen, the 卡萨 was the first residence hall at St. Edward’s built specifically to house upperclassman students.
Adjacent to Jacques Dujarié and 罗勒莫罗大厅s, the 卡萨 offers a unique living experience. Rooms are divided among eight “pods,” housing about 50 freshmen in single bedrooms. Up to six students in the pod share three bathrooms.
The Casa is a co-ed community with an elevator, community kitchen, two laundry facilities, a large lobby with comfortable couches, bistro-style tables, a big screen television, and an upstairs loft with additional seating for studying and socializing. The building has swipe-card entry and all ground-floor bedroom windows are alarmed. 卡萨 residents also have access to all of the amenities of 罗勒莫罗大厅.
This hall is supported by live-in Resident Assistants (RAs) and a Residence Director. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the 卡萨人员。
